Combining powerful AI-driven technology with deep hospitality expertise, Inn-Flow’s integrated suite of software solutions unifies accounting, business intelligence, labor management, payroll and facilities in one intuitive system.10.1.2025

Inn-Flow, a leading provider of accounting, labor, and operations technology solutions purpose-built for the hospitality industry, today announced the appointment of three seasoned executives to its leadership team: Halley Gesar as Vice President of Marketing, Michael Purcell as Chief Financial Officer, and Nicole Ryder as Vice President of People. These additions expand Inn-Flow’s expertise across marketing, finance and organizational strategy, as the company accelerates growth and continues to modernize how hotel operators run their businesses.
The appointments follow Inn-Flow’s recent $45 million growth investment from Mainsail Partners and mark a new chapter of solution development and market expansion. With adoption growing rapidly among multi-property hotel operators, the company is investing in leadership that will guide the next stage of its journey.

  • Gesar, a proven marketing leader in hospitality and technology, will elevate Inn-Flow’s brand presence and go-to-market strategy, as the company expands its footprint.
  • Purcell, an accomplished finance executive with deep experience scaling private equity–backed companies, will steer Inn-Flow’s financial strategy to support innovation and sustainable growth.
  • Ryder, a seasoned HR leader, will strengthen Inn-Flow’s organizational culture and talent strategy, reinforcing its recognition as one of the industry’s best places to work.

“Inn-Flow has reached an exciting inflection point,” said John Erhart, CEO and Founder of Inn-Flow. “By expanding our leadership team, we’re bringing in the expertise to accelerate innovation, support our people, and deliver the clarity and confidence hotel operators need to run their portfolios as one business. Hospitality operators today are under more pressure than ever to do more with less, and Inn-Flow is at the forefront of providing the technology that makes that possible.”
Chief Operating Officer, Steve Leonard, who joined Inn-Flow in 2023 after senior leadership roles at Bandwidth and Netsertive, brings extensive experience in scaling SaaS platforms and guiding companies through high-growth phases.
“The opportunity in hospitality today is significant, and Inn-Flow is uniquely positioned to meet it,” said Steve Leonard. “With purpose-built solutions, a people-first culture, and now an expanded leadership bench, we’re ready to help hotel operators nationwide thrive.”

Based in Raleigh, NC, Inn-Flow will be opening a new office location in the coming months, with larger facilities to accommodate the expanding team. The company’s growth comes during a year of milestones, including recognition as one of the Triangle Business Journal’s Best Places to Work in 2025. This award reflects Inn-Flow’s people-first culture, which supports both innovation and customer success.
Looking ahead, Inn-Flow is preparing to roll out new hospitality-specific features that leverage automation and AI to:

  • Streamline accounting and payroll processes, reducing month-end close times.
  • Surface financial and operational risks earlier through variance alerts.
  • Align finance, labor and facilities data on one intuitive platform for cross-organizational visibility.
  • Empower leaders with real-time dashboards and hotel-specific KPIs to guide profitable decisions.

Combining powerful AI-driven technology with deep hospitality expertise, Inn–Flow’s integrated suite of software solutions unifies accounting, business intelligence, labor management, payroll and facilities in one intuitive system. With rapid onboarding, guided best practices and actionable insights tailored to hoteliers, Inn–Flow helps owners and operators to safeguard profitability, reduce complexity and elevate guest experiences across independent and branded properties.
