Through direct integration with Hyatt’s systems, meeting organizers will gain real-time access to group room and meeting space rates and availability.10.7.2025
Groups360, a leading provider of hotel booking and attendee management solutions for the groups and meetings market, has announced a definitive agreement with Hyatt to launch instant online booking capabilities for groups in early 2026, with the addition of Hyatt properties worldwide to the GroupSync Marketplace.
Through direct integration with Hyatt’s systems, meeting organizers will gain real-time access to group room and meeting space rates and availability. This advancement streamlines the booking process, reducing reliance on traditional RFPs, and allows participating Hyatt properties to offer faster, more seamless service to meeting and event planners. As event professionals seek to provide immediate solutions that satisfy the diverse expectations of traveling groups, the Groups360 collaboration supports Hyatt with a significant advantage in an increasingly competitive group travel market.
“As one of the leaders in the hotel industry putting this technology into widespread practice, we are meeting event planners where they are in this evolving industry,” said Steve Enselein, senior vice president of events, Hyatt. “We are demonstrating our commitment to their needs and to the success of their events by offering our Together by Hyatt platform. By offering instant group booking through GroupSync, we will equip planners with the instant insight and flexibility they need to tailor the ideal stay experience for each group.”
GroupSync transforms the group booking model, turning a traditionally complex process into a streamlined, centralized experience for real-time inventory distribution and booking management.
By deploying live inventory and group rates within GroupSync Marketplace, Hyatt will save meeting and event organizers valuable time by allowing them to filter and search using real-time room rates and availability. Once a property is selected, the planner may instantly book guest rooms, event space or both, as well as food and beverage needs and audio-visual equipment – all in a single online transaction. For larger or more complex events, planners may still elect to send a traditional RFP through GroupSync’s proprietary streamlined process.
“Hyatt is one of the world’s most iconic hotel brands and has consistently demonstrated its dedication to group meeting and event planners and their guests,” said Kemp Gallineau, CEO, Groups360. “The inclusion of Hyatt properties in GroupSync Marketplace will serve to meet the evolving needs of the group meeting and event market, while positively impacting the experience for all attendees and stakeholders.”
Planners can already access select Hyatt properties in GroupSync for streamlined and easy to manage RFP submissions. Starting in early 2026, participating Hyatt properties will also unlock instant online booking, allowing planners to secure group rooms and meeting space in real time.
With the addition of Hyatt, meeting and event organizers will have more options for instant online booking on GroupSync across 32,000 cities worldwide, including the top 50 group travel destinations.
The term “Hyatt” is used in this release for convenience to refer to Hyatt Hotels Corporation and/or one or more of its affiliates.
