EHVA.ai, creator of an AI-powered hotel phone attendant, has partnered with Anthony Melchiorri, the hospitality expert, TV host and producer, to serve as the company’s official brand ambassador for its hotel division.
Melchiorri first discovered EHVA.ai at HITEC 2024 and has followed its progress closely, according to the company. This year, the company launched the “most realistic” front desk attendant in the hospitality industry, capable of handling guest calls fully autonomously.
Earlier this year, the company released a case study at The Argonaut Hotel in San Francisco, demonstrating that the system successfully manages 80% of front-desk calls without human intervention. Notably, 85% of guests did not realize they were speaking to an AI, according to the company.
Melchiorri visited the Argonaut in person to evaluate the system and spoke directly with managers, employees and guests. After seeing the technology at work, he became convinced of its potential to transform hospitality, the company reports.

Following the Argonaut case study, the company will soon release additional studies covering hotel reservations, room service, and other high-volume interactions.
