Azul Hospitality Group has been selected to manage the under-construction dual-branded Marriott hotel at City North in Phoenix. The project, comprising the 142-room AC Hotel by Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge and the 98-room Element by Westin Phoenix Desert Ridge, broke ground earlier this summer and is expected to open in January 2027.
The new development is a joint venture between LaPour Partners and Holualoa Companies. Once complete, the eight-story property will feature a resort-style pool, fitness center, more than 5,000 sq. ft. of flexible meeting space and two unique food and beverage outlets.
