Hotel Equities (HE) and Urban Investment Partners (UIP) have opened The Quincy, Ascend Hotel Collection, in Washington, D.C.
The Quincy, an upscale boutique hotel, is owned by 1823 Owner, LLC, a UIP affiliate, and operated by Hotel Equities.

The 99 rooms are equipped with a full kitchen and a grab-and-go station is located in the lobby. The hotel has also partnered with neighboring restaurant and bar, Pisco y Nazca and Recessions.
The hotel is located near George Washington University, Dupont Circle, European Union, World Bank and Farragut North Metro Station.
