US: Luxury hotel group Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, in partnership with developers Related Group and Dezer Development, will open a waterfront condominium in Hillsboro, Florida.
Rosewood Residences Hillsboro Beach will be located along the “Millionaire’s Mile” of Florida’s coastline. The 10-storey development is set to be completed in 2026 and will include 92 residences and 11 private boat slips. Architecture is being led by Arquitectonica with interiors by Studio Piet Boon.
Accommodation will be split between 70 beachfront and 22 coastal residences. Homes will feature living, dining and sleeping areas with many offering private garages and master walk-in closets. Six oceanfront and seven coastal penthouses offer private rooftop pools.
Elsewhere, amenities will include a wellness centre with a private spa and salon, two fitness centres with a yoga room, sauna, tennis, paddle tennis and pickleball courts, a private oceanfront restaurant, a bar and grill, cocktail lounge, a cafe lounge and breakfast bar, as well as an oceanfront pool, outdoor spa area with cabanas and sunbeds, and direct access to a private stretch of beach.
Additional spaces planned for the project include guest suites for visiting friends or family, a games room with virtual reality simulators, an event space, meditation lounge, a bocce court, two meeting rooms, and a dog park.
