US: Independent management company New Waterloo has opened the lifestyle Fidelity Hotel, located in downtown Cleveland, Ohio.
Fidelity Hotel is an adaptive reuse the 103-year-old Baker Building. Interiors were designed by Curioso and Looney & Associates.
The hotel features 97 guest rooms and suites, a full-service restaurant, bar, meeting space and more.
Rooms are outfitted with custom-designed furniture and offer amenities including Bellino linen, pour-over coffee, curated minibars, Allegrini bathroom products, and Parachute co-branded robes.
The Club Room, led by executive chef Eddie Zalar, will serve an all-day dining menu inspired by local and regional dishes.
Bart Knaggs, CEO of New Waterloo, said: “Fidelity Hotel embodies our excitement to introduce a new level of hospitality in the cities we love. With its thoughtful accommodations and inviting nature, Fidelity will elevate the visitor experience in Cleveland, while also acting as a vibrant hub of social and cultural activity to bring the community together for meetings, meals and celebrations.”
The launch of Fidelity marks New Waterloo’s second hotel opening in January following the Albert Hotel, which launched in Fredericksburg, central Texas.
Additional hospitality projects in the New Waterloo portfolio includes South Congress Hotel, El Capitan Hotel, Hotel Revival, La Condesa, sway (Austin and Aspen), Mañana Coffee Shop, Maie Day, OTOKO, Il Brutto, Butler Pitch & Putt, and Trick Hat Workway.
