Created by Chef Chung, L’amore della famiglia is a five-course menu steeped in Italian and French traditions while highlighting handpicked produce representing the best from farms and oceans.The meal starts with an Amuse Bouche, followed by delicate White Asparagus with Spanish Ham and Italian Egg. Next is succulent Hokkaido Scallop with Sea Urchin underscored by savoury herb butter. The pasta course features silky house-made Tagliolini with Sweet Morsels of lobster and intensely flavourful bottarga.
