Kinseth Hospitality Companies has opened the TownePlace Suites Duluth, marking the second hotel in its portfolio in the town of Duluth, MN, and the 10th TownePlace Suites branded hotel built and opened by the company.
The 100-key hotel offers suites with full kitchens and hotel amenities such as complimentary hot breakfast, a large indoor pool, a fitness center and onsite guest laundry.

The general contractor on the project was Northridge Construction, and construction was spearheaded by Aaron Mailey, Kinseth’s VP, construction and development, and his team.
The property is within 4.8 miles of Duluth Canal Park and 5.1 miles of Aerial Lift Bridge. Great Lakes Aquarium is 4.9 miles from the hotel, while Duluth Entertainment Convention Center is five miles from the property. Duluth International Airport is 2.5 miles away.
