Kessler has appointed John Luckett as president of hospitality operations. He previously served a 15-year tenure with the brand that included almost six years as COO. In his new position, he will contribute to the continued growth of operational strategies and corporate, commercial and human capital across the entire portfolio.

Prior to his current role, Luckett served as the COO at MasterCorp Inc., where he implemented strategies for hotel and laundry services alongside managing operations. During his role as general manager of the Grand Bohemian Asheville, the hotel was recognized as Marriott Autograph Collection Hotel of the Year in 2012. He also received a Marriott Autograph Manager of the Year award and was honored three times as Kessler’s GM of the Year.
