HREC Investment Advisors arranged the sale of the 84-room Extended Stay America San Antonio – Colonnade – Medical Center located in San Antonio, and the 147-room Extended Stay America Dallas – DFW Airport North located in Irving, TX.
The Extended Stay America Dallas – DFW Airport North is located adjacent to Dallas Fort Worth International Airport, which had a passenger volume of more than 81 million in 2023. Irving, a city northwest of Dallas, stands as a dynamic economic powerhouse in North Texas, the company reports. Home to a thriving business landscape, the city accommodates 8,500 local and multinational companies, including the global headquarters of five Fortune 500 corporations and more than 45 Fortune 1,000 companies.
The San Antonio – Colonnade – Medical Center is located off Interstate 10, two miles from South Texas Medical Center. The property is less than 10 minutes from Six Flags Fiesta Texas and The Rim Shopping Mall, 30-minutes from downtown San Antonio, Alamo and the San Antonio Riverwalk, and less than 20 miles from Lackland AFB and JBSA.
HREC exclusively represented the seller on these separate transactions. The marketing and negotiations were led by Dan Miller, SVP – Dallas; Mark Rome, SVP – Dallas/broker of record for Texas; and Adam Lallani, VP – Houston.
“Our successful marketing efforts led to finding the best buyers for the two corporate-owned and managed properties from a large group of interested parties,” said Rome. “The two locally based owner-operators will convert both hotels to franchises under the Extended Stay America flag.”
