As exclusive advisor, RobertDouglas has successfully refinanced Chartwell Hospitality’s Hilton Franklin Cool Springs in Franklin, TN, a Nashville submarket. RobertDouglas secured roughly $38 million of short-term, fixed-rate financing at highly attractive pricing from an institutional, balance sheet lender.
“Nashville, and Franklin in particular, has some of the most financeable Hotels in the southeast and overall United States, with the Hilton Franklin Cool Springs being a prime example,” said Evan Hurd, principal/managing director, RobertDouglas. “It is no surprise that—coupled with excellent sponsorship, in-place cashflow and market fundamentals—we attracted proposals from some of the strongest lenders in the country. After considering feedback from nearly 20 groups, we ultimately chose a repeat lender who was able to provide optimal prepayment flexibility to our client.”
Developed by Chartwell Hospitality in 2018, the 244-key, seven-story hotel features a lobby with floor-to-ceiling windows. The property is about five miles from downtown Franklin, 17 miles from downtown Nashville and 20 miles from Nashville International Airport.
