USA: Investment and operating platform Eagle Point Hotel Partners (EPHP), along with Missouri-based hospitality branding and design agency Longitude, will launch The Ozarker Lodge in Branson, Missouri.
The partnership marks the first hotel acquisition, renovation, and repositioning for EPHP and Longitude, with plans to expand throughout the midwest in the coming years.
The Ozarker Lodge, opening in the summer of 2023, will offer 102 guest rooms, a lobby lounge with indoor floating fireplace along with a community pantry and dining area, outdoor fire pits, soaking tubs, heated outdoor pool, rotating food trucks, a coffee bar, and a shop called Storeroom that will sell coffee, beer and wine, branded merchandise, and local products.
“We’re thrilled to be partnering with Longitude to bring The Ozarker Lodge to life,” said Stephen Chan, managing partner at EPHP. “Their creativity and local insight has been invaluable in designing a hotel that reflects the unique spirit of Branson while also offering a fresh perspective on hospitality.”
Jeremy Wells, partner at Longitude, said: “We’re excited to bring our design philosophy to The Ozarker Lodge and create a hotel that brings back the nostalgia of family road trips, the thrill of outdoor adventures, and the simple charm of an evening by the creek. Stephen and Erik have been incredible partners, and we’re all committed to creating a space that offers guests an experience unlike anything else in the Ozarks.”
The Ozarker Lodge is the first midwest property in EPHP’s portfolio, joining independent hotels the Calistoga Motor Lodge in Napa Valley, Anvil Hotel in Jackson, Wyoming, and Soundview in Greenport, New York.
