Third-party hotel management company Dreamscape Hospitality has been selected to manage a portfolio of independent lifestyle boutique hotels in the Garden District of New Orleans.

The New Orleans portfolio, owned by Groogrux Hotels, includes:
- The Blackbird Hotel: A boutique property featuring uniquely designed rooms, a courtyard with a heated saltwater pool and a lobby bar. A boutique coffee shop is coming soon.
- The Garden District Hotel: Opening this winter, this property will offer a food and beverage program inspired by New Orleans’ culinary scene, alongside a pool area featuring private cabanas.
- The White Heron Hotel: Set to open in 2025, this property will “redefine elegance and sophistication in the New Orleans market,” according to the company.
