[embedded content]Disney Parks announced that Ariel would visit several of the
company’s theme parks this summer to celebrate the new live-action story The
Little Mermaid, which will be released in theaters on May 26.
At the Walt
Disney World Resort, travelers can meet Ariel by visiting Walt Disney
Presents at Hollywood Studios for a limited time. She will offer visitors the
chance to see a sneak peek and props from the film available at Walt Disney
Presents Theater.Guests at the Disneyland Resort will be able to meet the
Little Mermaid along the promenade near “it’s a small world.” As for Disneyland
Paris, Ariel will invite adults and children of all ages to join a limited-time
celebration, with musical performances of Under the Sea, Kiss the Girl and
more.
In the new live-action version of The Little Mermaid, Ariel
is portrayed by singer and actress Halle Bailey, who was highlighted in a video

Not-So-Scary Halloween Party would return on August 11 and run on select
dates through November 1. The nighttime events start at 7 p.m. ET and are
limited-capacity, providing visitors with shorter wait times on attractions and
themed food and beverage offerings.
