Outrigger Hospitality Group has appointed Crystall Ho as its new EVP/CFO. She succeeds Avery Aoki, who is retiring after nearly 40 years with the company.
In her new role, Ho will serve as a key member of the executive team, providing financial leadership and supporting fact-based decision-making. She will be responsible for driving a broad range of strategic, financial and operational initiatives.
“Crystall’s strategic vision, financial acumen and leadership experience make her the perfect fit for our company as we continue to grow and innovate,” said Jeff Wagoner, president/CEO. Outrigger Hospitality Group.
Ho’s extensive experience includes managing full-cycle real estate development, asset management and financial operations for both public and private companies. Her professional journey includes leadership roles at Chartres Lodging Group, where she served as EVP/CFO, as well as Oceanwide Holdings, Chileno Bay Development and JMP Securities.
