Crystal Investment Property LLC (CIP), a member of Hotel Brokers International, brokered the sale of The Landing Hotel, Restaurant & Pub in Ketchikan, AK.
CIP, a licensed Washington brokerage, represented the seller in the sale in cooperation with Mary Wanzer, a licensed Alaska broker. Joseph P. Kennedy, president, CIP, and the CIP team worked closely with the buyer, seller and the parties’ other professionals to negotiate a mutually acceptable sale. The final sale price is confidential.
The property is a 107-key, full-service, independent, midscale hotel is highly visible in the central business district. In addition, the hotel is near the Ketchikan International Airport, the Airport Ferry and the main Ketchikan Ferry Terminal. The hotel features flexible meeting/wedding and event space with event planning and catering available on-site and off-site for local events. It has two dining options, The Landing Restaurant and Jeremiah’s Pub. Guest amenities include a lounge area, fireplace, business center, fitness center, restaurant, pub and courtesy shuttle service.
